Stuffed Chicken Breasts
8 Breasts in steaks
8 slices of ham
4 tablespoons oil
Salsa Ingredients:
1 cup milk
50 Grms. Butter
1 tablespoon broth
8 strips of bacon
Oaxaca cheese or American cheese
Salt and Pepper
1 stick of celery
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Take your breasts, a slice of ham, a slice of cheese, and roll and wrap with bacon. Then use a toothpick to secure. Place in a baking dish with butter and put in the oven to be cook
Celery is cooked with little water to soften it a bit and liquefies with milk, cornstarch and bouillon.
In a saucepan, heat the butter in, and boil until thickened, moving constantly to prevent sticking.
Served breasts and bathe with the sauce, accompanied with white rice soup.
